Great workmanship and a helpful and friendly staff. My father had work done on his vehicle here after an accident and he was so impressed with the staff and quality of work he told me all about it. When we had to bring in our own vehicle for repair and paint I took it to FIX. I was a little nervous because I was paying out of pocket and not with insurance. Their price was surprisingly better than most other shops I had looked at in the past. The intake was quick and easy and the work was done earlier than planned. They to great care to make sure the paint matched perfectly, because it was a newer model car that is not always easy, but they took care of it. I cannot say enough great things about them. I am planning on bringing another one of our vehicle in to have some work done on it. I was beyond pleasantly surprised with not only the cost but the workmanship as well. I highly recommend them.

My skid plate was essentially in pieces and barely holding it together. I was going on a cross country trip for work and didn't have time to wait on parts to arrive. I ended up choosing this place because of the reviews and I'm glad I did. Guy who answered the phone was so kind and let me come in same day to get my skid plate more securely attached. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. Highly recommended for smaller jobs, customer service, and honesty. They are also Lexus authorized apparently, although I don't have a Lexus (I have a Hyundai)

I brought my car here after an accident that damaged the rear bumper. The turnaround time was quick, and at first glance the paint work looked good. But once I got home, I started noticing some issues that should have been caught before the car was returned to me. The taillight was out of alignment, the molding around the wheel wasn’t fully clipped in, and the passenger side of the bumper was loose underneath the taillight area. You could push on it and feel the difference compared to the other side, which felt secure. Also the bumper was not replaced just repaired, I was told by the staff that insurance only approved to fix the bumper. I brought the car back a second time to fix the taillight and molding, but the bumper issue still wasn’t corrected. That’s when I was told by Christine and the technician that they hadn’t replaced the bracket on that side, and because it was an old bracket it was never going to fit as tightly as the other side. Honestly, I was pretty surprised to hear that. For a shop recommended by Fresno Lexus and known for working on high-end cars, I expected those kinds of issues to be noticed and addressed during the repair process. Their solution was to ord

Fix Auto was great to work with. Their technology kept us updated through emails and texts, the timing they quoted was precise, and even offered to return our rental when we picked up our car. The workmanship and paint matching was excellent.

Staff here was amazing!! Everyone was super kind and attentive. They are the only body shop I would trust with my Mazda because of how particular the paint is. The staff always kept me updated on the status of my vehicle which gave me peace of mind. Seriously couldn’t be more happy with the work they did!
